Terms Of Service
Before you commission me be sure to read through and fully understand my terms of service. Any violation of these terms of service will result in image rights being revoked from you without a refund, as well as you being blocked and blacklisted.

By commissioning me or adopting a character from me, you are agreeing to these terms of service.

I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Before you place your commission request, you’ll need a couple things! Be sure to have the following ready:
• Payment.
• A clear character image or reference sheet.
• A valid email address or ToyHou.se that I can send the final product to.
• An idea of what you want for your commission.
NOTE: I am allowed to decline a commission request for any reason, even if justification is not given.
• A valid 18+ ID if ordering NSFW content.
Content I will draw:
• Humans or humanoids
• Ponies
• Anthros / furries
• NSFW and suggestive content
• Tobacco, alcohol, or cannabis-related content
• Light gore
• Candy gore
Content I will NOT draw:
• Fetish content
• NSFW of feral animals
• Mechs
• Drug-related content (with exceptions, see above)
• Heavy gore or self harm

II. ORDERING AND CONTACTING
To place an order, you can either comment on the respective post, send me a message on any of my socials, or use the order form on my website. We will go over the details on what you’d like through the means you used to contact me unless you specify you'd prefer a different platform.
I will keep in contact with you via the platform you used to message me originally. If for any reason you can not get a hold of me on that platform, feel free to try another.
Make sure you are as specific as possible when describing what you want in your commission up front. I can make small edits to your piece throughout, but will charge you for major changes and edits later on. Rates for these charges can be found below.
III. PAYMENT
I only take commission payment through PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp for USD transactions. You are responsible for knowing conversion rates from USD to your own currency.
Full payment is required by the time I show the sketch of your commission. If the full payment is not received by this time, I will not continue until it is completely paid off. Payment plans are on a case by case basis and will be negotiated during the initial steps of the commissioning process.
If there are people on my wait list, I will hold a commission slot for 3 days. If payment is not received within those 3 days, then you will lose your slot.
IV. WORK PROCESS AND EDITS
Progress photos will be sent to you periodically. You can also request a progress photo at any time, just be aware that I may not always have my tablet with me, and it could be a few hours before I can get it to you.
Most of my work is completed in a set process:*
SKETCHING
Edits can be made during this time without charge.

LINING
Edits can be made with a +20% fee during this time.
​
COLORING / SHADING
No edits can be made during this time, with the exception of simple markings on your character or color imperfections that I may have missed.

TOUCHING UP
No edits can be made during this time.

*For scenes, both the characters and background have their own process and can be edited individually.
Please be aware that I am a full-time college student. Your commission, depending on its complexity and my schedule, may take anywhere between one day to a few months. I work on commissions whenever I can, but I don’t have all the time in the world, so please be patient with me!
V. REFUND POLICY
Upon a cancellation request by the client, the progress on the artwork will be assessed and a refund will be calculated based on that progress. The closer that the artwork is to be completed, the smaller the refund will be.

In the case of cancellation, you will receive the art in its current state along with a refund (if applicable).
Use these rates to approximate a refund based on the process of a fully shaded artwork:**
Refer to the 'stages' of my process in the section above.
A full refund will be issued up until the point when I send the initial sketch for review.
A 60% to 80% refund will be issued after the sketch has been finished, or if the piece is still in the process of being lined.

A 20% to 40% refund will be issued after the lining has been finished, or if the piece is still in the process of being colored.
No refund will be issued once the flat colors have been finished, or the piece is in the process of shading.

**THESE ARE ONLY A GUIDELINE FOR GAUGING A REFUND. I AM FREE TO ASSES WHETHER A REFUND IS ACCEPTABLE BASED ON THE COMMISSION TYPE AND PROGRESS.
If I find that I cannot complete your piece due to personal reasons, you will receive a full refund along with the art in its current state.

If you have canceled a commission from me twice on two separate occasions, unless stated otherwise by me, you will be blacklisted and will not be able to commission me in the future.

Chargebacks will not be tolerated at all and will result in you being blocked and blacklisted.
V. IMAGE RIGHTS AND USAGE
Image or artwork rights and usage:
Once you receive your commissioned artwork, feel free to use it for your own personal use. However, be sure to give me proper credit where it is due, such as posting it on social media or using it for profile photos or banners.
My username will be kyypris on most platforms. Ask if you are unsure of how or where to credit me.
Your commission is for non-commercial use only. This means that you cannot:

Use it to advertise people, businesses, or products.

Mass produce the image for profit.

Any related activities.
I reserve the right to use your commission for my personal portfolio and my social media sites.
All of my artworks are signed with a watermark and/or a signature. You are not allowed to tamper with these in any way under any circumstances.
âš Altering or removing the watermark or signature on any of my images will violate these terms of service.
Theft of my art in any aspect is not permitted. Unless paid for or specified otherwise by me, you may not use my artwork for personal or commercial use. This includes but is not limited to reposting, claiming it as your own, using it as a profile or banner picture, and tracing or referencing my images without credit.
Adopted character rights and usage:
Once I have received your payment for the character, whether a custom or an adoptable, feel free to redesign them, give them away, trade them, and sell them.
Do not delete the character from ToyHou.se. Doing this is a violation of these terms of service and will place you on my blacklist.
If you are no longer interested in keeping a character that I designed and their associated artworks you may transfer them to me, or someone else on ToyHou.se.
Do not tamper with the credit settings on the character or any images that I have created that have been uploaded to ToyHou.se.

This means that you:

Are allowed to use my art for personal use only.

Are NOT allowed to alter my art in any way.

Are NOT allowed to tamper with or remove my watermark.

Must credit me for the art if the art is posted anywhere other than ToyHou.se.
